Hacettepe University Chemical Engineering Department, with the support of Turkey Association of Chemical Industry (TKSD) , PETKİM, Polaron Paint and Set Medical, organize ‘Process Design Competition’ every year within " Chemical Engineering Design " course. With this competition, students improve their technical skills for engineering applications and their ability for data analysis while designing demand oriented systems, components and processes. In addition, they also increase their awareness of the ethical and legal responsibilities as a chemical engineer. Prizes awarded at the end of the competition make a positive contribution to students' performance. Jury founded in project evaluation is created with both the authorities from supporting organizations and the academics from our department and other established universities like METU, Ankara University and Gazi University.The topics given below are considered for the evaluation of projects:
